WOD for Wednesday, 2012-05-02

will be at Linda Mar beach. Front squat 3, 3, 3, 3, 3 (increase load each set) Rest, then for time: 5 Hang power snatch 10 pushups 5 rounds

 

WOD for Monday, 2012-04-30

will be at Linda Mar beach. For time: 12 dumbbell lunge steps (6 per side) 20 alternating dumbbell presses (10 per side) 200meter sprint 4 rounds

 

WOD for Saturday, 2012-04-28

will be at Linda Mar beach Warm up to a moderately heavy 5 rep deadlift then EMOTM for 12 minutes 5 Deadlifts on every even minute (including 3..2..1..GO!) 5 Ring Rows on every odd minute    

 

WOD for Monday, 2012-04-23

will be at Linda Mar Beach. For time: 1 – 10 Push Jerk 10 – 1 box jump All Push Jerk sets will start on the ground; no racks. See you there.
